STO. TOMAS City, Batangas — The Immanuel Marriage Encounter Community of Love (IMECLove) formally welcomed Fr. Efren A. Fajardo, MSC, as its official spiritual adviser during a special community gathering held on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at the residence of the IMECLove head servant couple here.
During the same event, Fr. Fajardo presided over a Holy Mass for the community, marking the beginning of his pastoral role with IMECLove. He also delivered an inspiring talk on commitment.
His appointment is expected to further strengthen the group’s spiritual formation and faith-centered activities, particularly for married couples and families.
Fr. Fajardo will also serve as the main celebrant at IMECLove’s upcoming one-day Marriage Encounter (ME) Spiritual Seminar scheduled on January 18 at the TESDA Women’s Center in Taguig City.
IMECLove head servant couple Bro. Isma Amigo and Sis. Bobitte Amigo welcomed Fr. Fajardo’s appointment, describing it as a blessing for the growing community.
“We praise the Lord God Almighty for His divine intervention in sending IMECLove a spiritual guide in the person of Fr. Efren,” the couple said. “Iba rin kapag may isang pari na magbibigay ng tamang paggabay at magmimisa tuwing may paklase ang community.”
IMECLove is a faith-based community that promotes Christ-centered marriages through spiritual formation, fellowship, and continuing pastoral guidance. Organizers said the January 18 seminar aims to provide couples with renewed spiritual grounding and a deeper understanding of the sacrament of marriage.
